Free Ground shipping on US Domestic orders over $150.

Free return shipping will be available for all non-sale sunglass orders purchased direct from and shipping within the contiguous United States.

Free return shipping is not available for orders shipped outside of the United States, accessories, apparel, special price and sale items.

Please follow the instructions on the return shipping letter included in your order and save copies of order details and return shipping details for your records.

You will be refunded for your item in the same form of payment originally used, within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax.

All packages will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours after your submission. Upon shipping, the packages will be shipped by the freight type requested on the order.

Orders placed for Next Day delivery service before 12PM PST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

Packages will be shipped from Southern California and ground shipping times will vary based upon your location.

We currently do not offer Saturday delivery and Sunday delivery is not offered through our carrier.

Shipments to Hawaii will automatically change to the USPS carrier. If the order has anything faster than UPS Ground, the order will be sent by the requested shipping method.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines:

By 12PM (PST) on Thursday, December 14th for delivery to Eastern Time Zone
By 12PM (PST) on Friday, December 15th for delivery to Central, Mountain, Pacific, or Hawaii Time Zones

Second Day:
By 12PM (PST) on Wednesday, December 20th
Next Day:
By 12PM (PST) on Thursday, December 21st
Delivery by December 25th pending transit time and weather conditions. For rural locations, order by December 11th for guaranteed delivery.


To complete a return:

If you purchased your Kaenons from after January 24th, 2017, please start your return or warranty/repair request here.

If you purchased your Kaenons at before January 24th, 2017, or from an Authorized Distributor, please request a return or claim a warrany/repair here.

Once you complete the correct return form and receive authorization from Customer Service follow the steps below. You may also call (949) 574-7918 for additional assistance.

  1. Securely pack your Kaenon eyewear in a box and include the original proof of purchase or Kaenon Invoice, and include a note with your contact information in case we have any questions for you.

  2. Write your Return Authorization # on the outside of the box. Items shipped without a Return Authorization # may be refused at time of delivery by the receiving department at Kaenon. Any returned item must be in its original condition and in its original retail packaging to get credit.

  3. Ship the package to: Kaenon, Inc – Returns 15559 Flight Ave Chino, CA 91708.*Kaenon is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit, therefore we recommend that you use a shipper that will allow you to track and insure your eyewear.

  4. Once your return is received by the Returns Department, please allow a week for Kaenon to process your refund. If you are interested in exchanging your original purchase for a different style, please mail back your return, labeled with your Return Authorization #.  You may place your new order at anytime on
