A professional endurance athlete, personal trainer and chef, Eric Lujan is known as one of the best endurance athletes in the United States. He spent his early years in the farming village of Llanito, that borders the Pueblo of Santa Ana in New Mexico.

He is regarded as one of the top endurance athletes in the United States and has represented the United States at the professional level of triathlon in the US, Europe, & Asia for nearly a decade. In addition to his personal endurance accomplishments, Eric has complemented his athletic lifestyle by operating a personal training and health food business.
