This week the world's best stand up paddlers will be competing in the Abu Dhabi All Stars Invitational. This ultra-unique event, starring Jamie Mitchell, will take the world of competitive surfing into a new realm, with its innovative format taking place in the wave pool at Wadi Adventure Park.
"Hard Paddlin' Man," that's what Joe Carberry dubbed Jamie Mitchell in his recent article he wrote about the iconic waterman we have grown to love over the last decade.
Carine Camboulives, Manu Bouvet and Ian Alldredge are professional
ocean athletes who have been traveling the world for the last 15 years
in search for perfect waves. Their appetite for uncrowded surf matches
their desire to experience new culture, reach remote territories and
connect with people.
Last Sunday several Southern California Stand Up Paddle companies came together to teach 25 kids with cystic fibrosis how to stand up paddle. Kaenon was on site at the Newport Aquatic Center in Newport Beach, CA to participate during the amazing event, in coordination with National SUP Day.
