Kaenon Polarized provides our customers with service at the same level of excellence that we put into our products. Below we have detailed our domestic warranty, repair and return polices along with the information necessary to contact us.

Registering your Kaenon Polarized sunglasses makes it quicker and easier for us to help you if you ever need to send your glasses back for servicing. You may fill out and mail in your warranty card that came in your original purchase, or you may register online.

**If you own a pair of Kaenon Polarized sunglasses that have been discontinued, depending on the repair request, we may be limited in the service we can provide. Please call Kaenon’s customer service department at 1-866-KAENON-1 (866-523-6661) for more information.

DOMESTIC REPAIR POLICY

If your Kaenon’s need a fix that isn’t covered by the warranty policy, we may be able to repair your glasses for you quickly and cost effectively.

To complete the repair order:

    1. Contact Kaenon Customer Service at (949) 574-7918 or contact us online to get a price estimate for your frame or lens repair.

    2. Obtain a Repair Order # from our Customer Service Associate and arrange payment.

    3. Securely pack your Kaenon Polarized eyewear in a box and include a note with your name, return address, telephone number, and a brief description of the repair needed.

    4. Write your Repair Order # on the outside of the box. Items shipped without a Repair Order # may be refused at time of delivery by the receiving department at Kaenon Polarized.

    5. Ship the package to: Kaenon Polarized – Repair 864 West 16th Street Newport Beach, CA 92663

    *Kaenon is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit, therefore we recommend that you use a shipper that will allow you to track and insure your eyewear.

    6. Once we receive your package and complete the repair we will charge your credit card for the repair plus tax and shipping. If your repair costs more than we estimated, we will contact you before we proceed.

    Note: Prescription Repair orders should be handled through the authorized Kaenon Polarized dealer that originally dispensed your Rx.


DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY


Any item purchased from an Authorized Kaenon Polarized Dealer must be returned to the original place of purchase.

For items purchased through Kaenon.com that do not meet your satisfaction, simply return it within 30 days of your date of purchase. Kaenon Polarized will provide credit for the purchase price of the items returned plus tax, not including the transit costs incurred during the initial shipment to the customer. Any returned item must be in its original condition and in its original retail packaging to get credit.

To complete a return:

    1. Contact Kaenon Customer Service to obtain a Return Credit #. You may also call (949) 574-7918 or fax (949) 574-7916.

    2. Securely pack your Kaenon Polarized eyewear in a box and include the original proof of purchase or Kaenon Invoice, and include a note with your contact information in case we have any questions for you.

    3. Write your Return Credit # on the outside of the box. Items shipped without a Return Credit # may be refused at time of delivery by the receiving department at Kaenon Polarized.
